I think it's : "fit justicia"
The verb
fio,fis,fieri,factus sum is the
facere's passive form.
If you need "may the justice be done", the latin translation becomes : "fiat justicia".

If you want to say : "somebody is now doing justice", Lat is right.
If you mean " justice has been done" (so it is finished), you should use the past form :
facta iustitia.
