English to Sanskrit translation

I'm trying to find the English to Sanskrit translation for the word 'father' or 'daddy'. So far I have found these words: Pita, pita, janaka, pitru, pitaH, taataH

I want the translation for a tattoo in memory of my dad who recently passed away. I'm not sure which one of these words would be best, or even if they are what I want. If anyone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

you can use either pita पिता or pitŗ पितृ
