(on-high as in the heavens)

2. From above

3. By the command of the Lion

4. At the Lion's command

5. Siege the day
(not proper English I know, but just go with it, I plan to use it as a pun)

, and I am not sure about the sense of your sentences 1, 2 and 5... If somebody can translate them into french or german, I will complete the work...

In French, as I understand it:
1. d'en haut (= du haut des cieux = de Dieu)
2. d'en haut, du dessus (par forcément Dieu)
5. assiège le jour (siège militaire - ressemblance volontaire avec "sieze the day" = carpe diem)
