Can someone please give me the phonetic pronunciation for the following lyrics (I will be singing this song in a jazz combo on Saturday)?

I tried with English writing conventions but this is really impossible, so here is a phonetic alphabet:
vowels:
a = ah
e = first part of English ay, before the y glide
E = e in bet
i = ee
u = oo
y = oo pronounced in front of mouth like ee, that is how some people say: new
y^ = same but very short
@ = English article "a" with mouth more rounded (like for o)
a~ = ah with a nasal character like followed by ng but without the ng
o~ = same with oh
consonants:
r = r made in your throat like a h (but no stronger that a v)
s = ss not z
S = sh
j = y in yes
final bl = not bul, but both together almost only b
