can someone to translate bellow article about a battery that could be a revolution for electric behicles? (To English or Spanish) Thanks.

"New revolutionizing battery"? searches financing. The new battery is built with an aluminum base. In the laboratory tests the inventor has demonstrated that it has an energy content of a good 2 kWh/liter. It means that a car with a battery of the same size and volume as the gas tank can drive as far as a gas-based car can on gasoline, that is in most cars about 500-600 km.
This was made very clear at the presentation that the inventor Rainer Partanen held for investors in Stockholm, Monday, August 30. Partanen has worked with his invention for 27 year and considers it now to be ready for exploitation. He has already gotten together half of the capital that he needs from private investors as well as from an American and an English company.
A one liter battery contains about a fifth as much energy as a liter of gasoline, but the electric motor is about 5 times as effective as the gas engine, giving a liter battery the same driving distance as one liter of gas.
What is the cost of the battery? The inventor asserts that it will not cost more than a usual battery, but contains 20 times more energy, so the battery will be about 20 times cheaper than today's batteries.
What is the cost of driving an electric car? Normally an electric car draws about 0.2kWh/km that is about 0.15 Swedish Kronor/km (Sven Håkansson's however draws only half that).
Sweden has about 4,000,000 cars and if all these would switch to run on electricity, then Sweden's electricity consumption would increase about 6%. Simultaneously Sweden would save around 4,000,000 x 1500 liters of gasoline, that is about 6 million cubic meters for about 2 billion Swedish Kronor/year (the consumers would save about 10 billion Swedish Kronor a year).
The lowest stake to participate in the project is 1500 Euro. The subscription period is until the end of October this year. Information on the project and the subscription of shares can be found on http://www.europositron.fi.
(the scientific experts we talked with are more hesitant and say that it is unlikely that Rainer Partanen has found a solution that they themselves during all the years haven't found. They consider however that it is not impossible)
