sanskrit translation...does this look right to anyone??

I got a translation from some online interface but I'm guessing its just a literal translation of the letters and doesnt actually mean what I want it to.
Does this look right to anyone, its supposed to say (as if i havent typed it enough already this week haha!):

Things of the past are already gone,
Things yet to be, beyond imagining.

please please someone help me!!!

This is just a LITTERAL translation!! you're right !

but can't you tell us if you've got those verses from somewhere or invented them
