Ok, fair enough on the asking seeing how email is so crude. I didn't realize I was asking 'un-nicely'. Hope no one takes this the wrong way but it seems that we are getting translation mixed up with transliteration. To transliterate something means to take a word - dojo - and make each letter of it readable in another language. Translate something means to give the understanding -meaning- of the into another language. So -dojo- is just transliterated in English because the meaning of the word is house or place of training. So what I need is 'House of training' transliterated into Hebrew along with the translation of that new transliteration. I hope this is all coming across the right way. I truly do appreciate your help with this.

IMHO, transliterate means to convert the characters of one alphabet to the corresponding characters of another alphabet. So usually it's in the same language, like the transliteration of มา is "ma", but both are in Thai.

Translate something means to give the understanding -meaning- of the into another language.

This is more explaining than translating. Translating is finding an equivalent.
