Finnish: "Kyseenalaista kaikki".

My understanding of this phrase is "Be curious, distrust, examine and query everything (what you see, what you feel, what you do, what other people tell you)". This two-word combination expresses broad sense from complete distrust to motivation for learning. I fully agree with CrisP, that it should be translated either with sceptical or learning accent.
