(Godilocks, dazzled by such beauty, asked him if she could help him in sharpening the pencils – I don’t know: 1) if this translation into English works, as my English is quite poor  ; 2) if we can use the term “beauty” for a man; but I hope you understand ;) ).
Lol, cool! :D

"Naâm, tastatiin.", ajaaba 'shaabb. Ibtassamat lahou wa tanaawalat baâda l'aklaam litabdaâ l'aâmal.

("Yes, you can", said the handsome man. Goldilock smiled to him and took a pile of pencils to start working.)

Wam, I'm not that fast. It took me too much time to think about what I was going to write :( . We can use both sentences, can't we? :P

And just a question for Leelou: could you please tell me to which language you're translating? Thank you :)

No, we can't. Yours is better. ;) But here it is my new contribution (this time in plain Spanish, OK? ;) ) (By the way, could everybody say which language is using? I have no idea about all those strange languages you know! )

Mientras afilaban y afilaban, ella miraba ensimismada al apuesto varón, quien permanecía en silencio. Al cabo de un rato, Godilock le preguntó: ¿Por qué hemos de afilar todos estos lápices?

(While they kept on sharpening and sharpening, she was glancing at the handsome man, rapt in thought. He reamained silent. After a while, Godilock asked him: Why do we have to sharpen all these pencils?)

Well, you'll have to guess :loljump:. No, just kidding ;). I'm using Arabic. But I can't write in the exact alphabet so I stick with the phonetic transcription.

Hey, why is there no "Goldilock" in the Arabic text? Have you translated the name into Arabic?

By the way, I think we're still missing French. What a pity that nobody here can speak it... :loljump:

No. Actually, I don't recall the Arabic name for Goldilock. Sorry! :(. I used 'the little girl' instead. But, as you can see, I'm using Goldilock now ;)

Well, you don't speak Arabic and I don't speak Spanish (I know two words only). Ça a son charme :). Sorry, I don't know how to say that in English :(

Le garçon voulait que Goldilock retourne à la maison. Comment pouvait-
il savoir qu'elle était dans cette maison ? L'homme ne voulait que rester
avec la fille puisqu'il était si content de voir quelqu'un dans sa maison.

(The guy wanted Goldilock to go back home. How this guy knew that she
was in this house ? The handsome man wanted to stay with the girl
because he was so happy to finally see a person in his house.)

:hello:

Ek bhaloo owr uské patni va bacché jungle mein ghoom rahé thé. Unhoné goldilocks ko voh ghar mein jaaté hooé dékhé thé jahan aadmi kalamon ko 'sharpen' kar raha tha. Par ab andhera ho raha tha owr ladki ke ma-baap chintit ho jaané ké pèhlé usko ghar lowtna chahié tha. isi soch mein padé thé jab ek javaan aadmi vahan se niklé. Bhalooon ké kahané pé, vé goldilocks sé milné gayé thé.

(A bear and his family were having a walk in the jungle. They had seen Goldilocks going to the house wherein a man was sharpening pencils. "It's allright", they thought: the job would be over faster, the man being aided by Goldilocks. But now, it was getting dark and the girl would have to return home before her parents got worried. So thinking, they spotted a young man. After listening to the bears, the young man had gone to meet Goldilocks.)
