itoshii kari e
( anata no koto ) zettai ni hitori ni shitakunai n da

litterally : I definitely don't want to make you be alone.
The "anata no koto" is not a necessity here, since the context lets the girl understand who you're talking about

I used the familiar way for saying this, since you're talking to your girlfriend, aren't you ?

"Let" means laisser dans le sens de permettre so only the second one is correct (I'll never leave you alone), however it sounds a bit like "je ne te ficherai jamais la paix"

In this case : どういたしまして。

And the second character of your word is not a "u" but a "ji"...Then,this word is usually written in hiragana.
