TOURIST : - Excuse me. Are you the representive of the airline ?
THE REPRESENTIVE : - Yes, I am (dans ce cas on ne contracte pas. Personne ne dira: Yes I'm). Why?
TOURIST : - Because I've a big problem.
THE REPRESENTIVE - Yes, tell me
TOURIST : - I don’t find my luggage however I've looked for it all over the place
THE REPRESENTIVE - Ok, How many suitcases did you have ?
TOURIST : - I had 3 of them
THE REPRESENTIVE : - What color were your suitcases ?
)
TOURIST : - One of them was red, the second was red too and the last one was blue
THE REPRESENTIVE : - How big were they ?
TOURIST : - They are very small
THE REPRESENTIVE - Follow me, I'm going to look in the computer
TOURIST : - Ok
THE REPRESENTIVE - What's your firstname ?
TOURIST : - Henri
THE REPRESENTIVE - What's your surname ?
TOURIST : - Martins
THE REPRESENTIVE - Are your luggage labeled ?
TOURIST : - Yes, of course
THE REPRESENTIVE - Then, what was the numero of your flight and identification number of the luggage ?
TOURIST : - Flight 218. number 3280
THE REPRESENTIVE - I've bad news
TOURIST : - What do you mean ? (what do you say? est correct si la personne n'a pas entendu ou compris, mais je pense que mean est plus approprie ici: qu'est ce que vous voulez dire?)
THE REPRESENTIVE - Your suitcases are sent to another airport (ici par contre il faut pas le present
!)
TOURIST : - What am I doing to do ?
THE REPRESENTIVE - I'm sorry
TOURIST : - You say you're sorry ! I think that you are incompetent ! Do you know what I have in my suitcases ?
THE REPRESENTIVE - No certainly
TOURIST : - I’ve my belongings
THE REPRESENTIVE - Were there some important things ? (la encore le passe sonne bizarre..)TOURIST : - There were my keys. What are you going to do now?
THE REPRESENTIVE - Me and the airline , we are going to give you a toilet bag and we are going to offer you the night in a hotel.
TOURIST : - Thank you, but, When can I recover my luggage ?
THE REPRESENTIVE - In two days. I will put back them here
TOURIST : - Ok.
Sinon une que j'entends souvent (expression assez familiere): are you kidding?
