i think it's romanized russian, according to what beaumont told me..here is the phrase.. any help is most appreciated

it's neither czech, nor slovak, nor polish, nor romanian, nor hungarian...I think of some Baltic language, like from Estonia/Lithuany/Lettony...or maybe some dialect, like something coming from ukranian/belarussian. Or perhaps, on the other hand, it could be some kinda made-up language, like esperanto (think of the words "ir" and the end in "-amo").

I don't know this language at all but I guess with maybe Armenian or
Georgian... you know, in this region...
