Actually, after reading the sticky I should have read before, I would appreciate it into as many languages as possible. That sounds like fun too.

After playing with a few sites, I came up with Manus de Iustisum... would that be a fair translation? I want it to be like a title kind of. The Harbinger of Retribution.

In Latin you probably mean: manus iustitiae
In Hungarian: az igazság keze (older and more phrase-like, but it now also means the hand of truth so you may also say:) az igazságszolgáltatás keze (the hand of the (courts of) law / judges)
