Bonjour,
As my arrival comes closer, I have a few questions.
Where could I get my keys on my arrival, in your previous email you said you will let me know the time staff are on site. Unfortunately, I could only arrive about 5pm on 14th Januray.
And have I to pay something now for the accomadation, because until now I have had nothing to pay ?

In your previous email you said you will let me know what time staff are on site
Unfortunately, I will only be able to arrive about 5pm on 14th January. (comme l'a dit Koko)
And do I have to pay anything now for the accommodation? Because until now I haven't had to pay anything.

Thanks for the compliment, J.
This is how I would change the original; some corrections for grammar, others for style (most mentioned already).

As my arrival APPROACHES, I have a few questions.
Where CAN I get my keys WHEN I ARRIVE. In your previous email you said you WOULD let me know the time staff are on-site. Unfortunately, I WILL ONLY BE ABLE to arrive AT about 5pm on 14th January.
And DO I have to pay anything for the accommodation now? Until now, I haven’t had to pay anything.

Where can I get my keys when I arrive? In your previous email you said you would let me know the time staff WILL BE on-site. Unfortunately, I will only be able to arrive at about 5pm on THE 14th OF January.
And do I have to pay anything for the accommodation now? Until now, I haven’t had to pay anything YET.
