Hello, bok
hm.....or for those who can understand it as well...

Ok...i see nobody replied it cuz it's in Croatian.
I'm sorry...
Well, i won't translate it becuse I wrote about other Croatian forum, as well about languages, but it is in Croatian, so nobody would understand a word. Maybe the Slavs.
BUT
I was thinking, i could teach Croatian here. Everybody are invited and welcome. But first, I'd like to see who wants to learn it. I hope there will be some guys who want to learn my native language.
I will start as soon as you reply me. We'll start from the very begin, the Croatian alphabet.

Are Ć and Đ a voiceless/voiced corresponding pair? Are they a (softened) t/d + y, or rather a (softened) ch/j + y including a (softened) sh/zh ?bambino wrote:Ć [ch,soft]--as in Spanish chico, Polish ć

Bernadette, nema na čemu (you're welcome)
Olivier: well, you're right.
Ć is softened č and t
Đ is softened dž and d
J incluided (no Y in Croatian). That vocal change is called "Jotacija". As you can see in the name, the sound J is put in after some letters.
So if you have t+j=ć; k+j=č; d+j=đ; z+j=ž etc...
If you have some suggestions or if you wanna learn something else, please tell me. I'd be happy to help you!

Well...you pick countries that you'd like to learn, of course, you won't and you don't have to learn them all
What do you suggest for the next lesson?
Am i teaching only you and Bernadette?
-->how can i change the subject into Croatian lessons??
