Try to access the Forum Freelang.net for English and all the other languages. There you'll find a topic on Croatian (It's called Hrvatski Jezik, or something like this). I know that there are several native speakers among us - not my case, anyway.
There are also some links on the Freelang site. As soon as a moderator or an adminsitrator shows up, he or she will give you more information and links - and most probably will move your topic to another forum.
Autre info qui peut être utile : helena, une des croatophones (pour plus d'infos, voir cette image) les plus adulées de Freelang, passe de temps à autre sur le chat de Freelang.
