Both are correct, but as Jessjess asked for "what does not kill me..." the second one is actually better. Or even : quidquid non necat me confirmat.

So would "that which does not kill you will only make you stronger" be the same translation as QUIDQUID NON NECAT ME VALIDIOREM FACIT?
